1. About SEOSparrows

SEOSparrows is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by AISparrows Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), a registered business in Mumbai, India (GSTIN 27AAXXXXXXXXXZX). SEOSparrows is a WordPress plugin and accompanying backend that scans WordPress websites for SEO issues and applies AI-generated fixes.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have legal capacity to enter contracts. By creating an account you confirm you have authority to install software on the WordPress website you intend to use SEOSparrows with.

3. Subscription and billing

SEOSparrows is offered on Free, Pro (₹999/mo or ₹9,590/yr), and Agency (₹2,999/mo or ₹28,790/yr) tiers. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. All prices include 18% GST. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Credit system

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of "credits" — units consumed by AI operations (auditing, fixing, content generation, malware repair). Unused credits do NOT roll over month to month. Top-up credit packs purchased separately are valid for 90 days from purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use SEOSparrows to scan or modify websites you don't own or have permission to modify; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI backend; (c) use the service to generate spam, plagiarized content, or content that violates third-party intellectual property; (d) attempt to bypass credit limits or extract our API keys. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

6. AI-generated content

Content generated by SEOSparrows (alt text, meta descriptions, schema, articles, repairs) is produced by third-party AI providers (Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini). You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing to your site. We do not guarantee AI output is error-free, factually accurate, or free from third-party rights claims.

7. Account responsibility

You're responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and API key. Activity through your account is your responsibility. Notify us at support@aisparrows.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Outages do not entitle you to refunds beyond those described in our Refund Policy.

9. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, with or without notice, and to refuse service to anyone.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOSparrows is provided "as is." Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or damage to your website caused by AI-generated content or repairs you applied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of SEOSparrows, including content you generated or applied using the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify you by email and post the updated version at this URL. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
