Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-day free trial
Pro and Agency plans include a 7-day free trial. We capture your payment method at signup but charge nothing until day 8. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay zero.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly Pro and Agency subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month — you keep access until then. No partial-month refunds.
3. Annual subscriptions — 14-day money back
If you purchase an annual subscription and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund minus any credits already consumed (calculated at standard top-up rates). After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
4. Top-up credit packs
Top-up packs (100, 500, 1000, 4000 credits) are non-refundable once purchased because credits are consumable digital goods delivered instantly. Unused credits expire 90 days after purchase. Buy in the size you need.
5. Service issues
If SEOSparrows is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure (not your site or your network), email support@aisparrows.com and we'll prorate credits or extend your subscription for the affected period.
6. Wrongly billed
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, failed cancellation, etc.), contact support within 30 days. We'll investigate and refund verified errors within 7 business days. PhonePe refunds typically appear in 5–7 days; PayPal in 3–5 days.
7. Account termination by us
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms (spam, abuse, fraud, etc.), no refund is owed. If we terminate for other reasons (e.g. winding down the service), we'll refund any unused prepaid amount on a prorated basis.
8. How to request a refund
Email billing@aisparrows.com with:
- Your account email
- Payment ID or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
We respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank — we'll always try to resolve it directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.
