SEOSparrows is a digital service

SEOSparrows is a software-as-a-service product. There is no physical product to ship — no hardware, no DVDs, no boxes. All delivery happens electronically over the internet, instantly upon payment confirmation.

What you receive after payment

Within 60 seconds of a successful payment (PhonePe or PayPal webhook confirmation), the following are provisioned automatically:

• Account upgrade: your account at seo.aisparrows.com is upgraded to the chosen plan (Pro or Agency)
• API key: a unique API key is generated and shown in your account dashboard immediately
• Monthly credits: credits for your new tier (100 for Pro, 500 for Agency) are added to your balance
• Plugin features unlocked: Standalone mode, Malware Repair, Content Writer become available in your WordPress plugin within 60 seconds
• Confirmation email: sent to your registered email with invoice (GST-compliant), receipt, and quickstart guide

How to use the service after delivery

1. Download the free WordPress plugin from seo.aisparrows.com/download/SEOSparrows.zip
2. Install it on your WordPress site (Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin)
3. Activate the plugin — SEOSparrows menu appears in your WP admin sidebar
4. Go to SEOSparrows → Settings → Connect your account
5. Paste the API key from your account dashboard
6. Click Sign in — all paid features unlock instantly

Service availability

The SEOSparrows backend (audit, fix, content writer, malware repair) is delivered as a hosted cloud service. We target 99.5% uptime. The plugin itself runs in your WordPress install — it continues to display historical data even if our backend is briefly unavailable.

Geographic availability

Available worldwide. Payments via PhonePe (India only) or PayPal (international). Customer support in English. Plugin UI available in English; Indian-language content generation supported (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati and others).

Delivery failures

If your account is not provisioned within 5 minutes of a successful payment, or you don't receive the confirmation email, contact support@aisparrows.com with your payment ID. We'll manually provision within 1 business hour and investigate the webhook failure.

No returns / no shipping reversal

Because the product is digital and instantly delivered, the concept of "shipping return" does not apply. Refund and cancellation handling is governed by our Refund Policy.
